Money back

Refunds & Transfers

When a ticket can be refunded, what happens if we cancel or move a night, and how to hand a ticket to somebody else instead. The short answer to most situations is the name change — it is free and it takes a minute.

In effect from 30 July 2026

The short version

  • Tickets are not refundable if you simply cannot come — but you can change the name for free.
  • If we cancel a night, you get everything back automatically, including the booking fee.
  • If we move a night, your tickets carry over — or ask for a full refund within 14 days of the new date being announced.
  • Refunds go back to the card that paid, within 14 working days.
  • Charged twice? We refund the duplicate. Talk to us before raising a chargeback.

This summary is here to be read. The numbered terms below are the ones that bind.

01The default: tickets are not refundable

Once a ticket is issued it is non-refundable. That is the standard across live events, and the reason is straightforward: the seat was taken off sale for everyone else the moment you bought it, and the night is costed on the tickets sold.

So a change of plan, a cancelled trip, a friend dropping out, or simply not coming does not entitle you to money back. What it does entitle you to is putting somebody else’s name on the ticket, free, right up to the doors — see below.

The exceptions, where a refund is due, are all cases where the change came from us.

02If we cancel a night

You get a full refund — the ticket price and any booking fee, all of it. You do not need to ask, and you do not need to fill in a form. We refund every order on the event and email you when it is done.

The refund goes back to the card that paid, and reaches it within 14 working days of us processing it. If it has not appeared after that, tell us and we will chase it with the bank.

03If we move a night to another date

Your tickets stay valid for the new date automatically. There is nothing to do and nothing to re-book — the same QR codes work.

If the new date does not work for you, you can ask for a full refund instead. Tell us within 14 days of the new date being announced, and we will refund the order in full.

After that window the tickets are treated as normal tickets for the new night — still transferable by changing the name, but no longer refundable.

04If the line-up changes

Support acts, DJs, set times and stage layouts are advertised in good faith and can change. A change to them is not grounds for a refund on its own.

The exception is the act the night is actually named after. If the headline act named in the event title does not perform, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the event.

05If you cannot come: change the name

Every ticket carries a guest name, and you can change it yourself from your order page at any time before doors. The new guest is emailed their own ticket immediately, and the old QR code stops being theirs.

It costs nothing, there is no limit on how many times you do it, and it is the answer to almost every “I cannot make it” situation. What is not allowed is selling a ticket on for more than you paid — see the Terms & Conditions.

06Duplicate and failed payments

  • Charged twice for the same order? We refund the duplicate. Our system flags double payments against an order automatically, but if you spot one first, tell us and we will not wait.
  • Money left your account but no tickets arrived? Check the address you typed at checkout first — a typo is the usual cause, and Find my tickets will confirm it. If there is genuinely no order behind the charge, we refund it in full.
  • Payment failed but the money is showing as gone? That is usually an authorisation hold, not a charge, and your bank releases it on its own — typically within a few working days.

07How a refund is paid back

Refunds go back to the card that paid, through the same gateway that took the payment. We cannot send a refund to a different card, to a bank transfer, or to anybody other than the buyer — that restriction is the bank’s, and it exists to stop refunds being used to move money.

Refunds are processed for the whole order. Where a refund is due on an order covering several guests, the full order is refunded and the tickets on it stop working — including any that had already been scanned in.

Allow up to 14 working days for the money to appear on your statement. We will email you the moment we process it, which is usually well before your bank shows it.

08How to ask for a refund

Message us on WhatsApp +974 5539 0937 or email info@mystiquemanagement.me with the order number and the name of the night. Both are in your confirmation email.

Ask from the email address that bought the tickets where you can — it is the fastest way for us to be sure we are talking to the buyer.

09Before you call your bank

If something has gone wrong with a payment, talk to us first. We can usually fix it the same day.

Raising a chargeback with your bank instead freezes the order while the dispute runs, which typically takes weeks — and it suspends the tickets on it in the meantime, so a dispute raised over a night you still intend to attend can leave you at the door without working tickets.

10Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the laws of the State of Qatar. If this policy and the law disagree, the law wins. This policy sits alongside our Terms & Conditions, which govern everything else about your ticket.
