Delivery & Fulfilment

Tickets are digital. Nothing is posted and there is nothing to collect: what you buy arrives as an email containing a QR code for each admitted person, plus a printable PDF of the whole order.

The QR code is the ticket. Show it on a phone at the door, or print it — either works.

Immediately. Tickets are issued the moment your payment is confirmed, normally within a minute. There is no processing delay and no dispatch time.

• If nothing has arrived after a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first — that is where it usually is.
• Then use Find my tickets, which re-sends the links to the address that paid.
• Still nothing? Message us. If a payment left your account and no tickets exist behind it, we refund it in full — see the Refunds & Transfers Policy.

To the email address you enter at checkout, and to that address only. Where you name individual guests, each of them also receives their own ticket at their own address.

Check the address you type. A mistyped email is the single most common reason tickets appear not to arrive, and because the links are private we cannot send them anywhere other than the address that paid.

All prices are shown and charged in Qatari Riyals (QAR). There is no VAT in Qatar. Where a booking fee applies it is shown as its own line before you pay, and the total on the review screen is the total you are charged.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken through our bank’s secure gateway; your card details are entered on their form and never reach our servers.

If your card is issued outside Qatar, your own bank may apply a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee. That is between you and them — we only ever charge the QAR amount shown.

We sell to buyers anywhere. The events themselves take place in Qatar, and admission is subject to the entry conditions in our Terms & Conditions — including the minimum age of 21 and photo ID at the door.
